在施工時應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照要求進(jìn)行施工，單次批檔厚度控制要合適，室內(nèi)風(fēng)不宜太大從而導(dǎo)致石膏表層水分蒸發(fā)過快。修補(bǔ)：粉刷層未干時在其表面薄薄滿批一層即可恢復(fù)；粉刷層已干時，灑水濕潤后再批，不會再出現(xiàn)裂縫。

墻體表面有起粉的現(xiàn)象。原因：基層墻體未灑水濕潤到位；抹灰層厚度太薄；弟一層已干后才抹弟二層、凝結(jié)時間太長而且風(fēng)力大。仿治：基層墻體修補(bǔ)、打磨、清理到位，按要求灑水濕潤；已變稠的石膏漿、落地灰和刮搓下的灰泥，嚴(yán)禁加水二次攪拌后使用；控制好抹灰石膏凝結(jié)時間及施工環(huán)境。石膏砂漿抹灰現(xiàn)場應(yīng)嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行樣板施工，驗收合格后方可大面施工。不同批次材料進(jìn)場驗收嚴(yán)格，確保材料與樣板一致合格。
