Six painting techniques of household putty powder:

1、選擇合適的膩子，與底漆有良好的附著性和機械強度，更要有良好的施工性能，即良好的刮涂性和填平性，適宜的干燥性，收縮要小，耐打磨。

2、對防腐要求高的坑穴填補在調(diào)配膩子時，一般不用水作為調(diào)節(jié)劑，直接用底漆加入一定比例的填料。

3、針對木器、混凝土等使用的膩子在調(diào)配時，多用石膏粉、水、樹脂、助劑等混合。如使用色漆，石膏粉要適當(dāng)減少;使用清油、清漆、光漆，則石膏粉可適量多些。

4、刮涂膩子的程序是在底漆實際干燥后→用刮刀刮涂膩子→干燥→用嵌刀清除多余膩子及粉塵→刮第二次膩子→干燥→打磨，清除粉塵→刮第三次膩子。精細(xì)的工程要涂刮多次膩子，每一次不宜過厚，一般應(yīng)在0.5mm以下，否則不易干透或收縮開裂。刮涂多道膩子時，應(yīng)按先局部填孔，再統(tǒng)刮和刮稀的程序操作。

4. 5、一般刮膩子的步驟是“先上后刮”即先填上膩子攤滿后再收刮平整，要用力按刮板，使刮板與物面傾斜50°-60°，遇到曲面施工時，可用膠皮制的刮板代替硬質(zhì)刮板使用，使質(zhì)量優(yōu)良。刮涂時，來回刮一兩次，但不可往返的次數(shù)太多。對于油性膩子，往復(fù)的次數(shù)過多，會將膩子中的油分?jǐn)D出來，封閉在膩子表面，影響干燥。

For oily putty, too many times of reciprocating will squeeze out the oil in the putty and seal on the surface of putty, which will affect the drying.

6、刮涂時，將工件低缺部位填平至高接觸面為原則，即對凹凸不平的物面，為凸部分為準(zhǔn)，形成水平，對高裝飾性的涂裝，膩子一般刮涂三道。干燥完后，可用砂紙、磨石或水砂紙打磨，打磨完畢，才可涂裝面漆。

6. When scraping and coating, the principle is to fill the low missing part of the workpiece to the high contact surface, that is, for the uneven surface, the convex part shall prevail, forming a level. For high decorative coating, putty is generally applied for three times. After drying, sandpaper, grindstone or water sand paper can be used for grinding, and finishing coat can be applied after polishing.
